Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 663bit ("663bit", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at 663bit.cam ("Platform", "Site").

By creating an account, accessing any part of the Platform or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

663bit operates under international licensing terms. We do not claim approval, regulation or endorsement by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution. Users in Pakistan are solely responsible for determining whether their use of this Platform complies with applicable local law, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. In these Terms, the following expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

To register and maintain an Account on 663bit, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction — at the time of registration.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor or close associate of 663bit or its affiliated operators in circumstances that would create a conflict of interest.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended Account on the Platform.

Each User may hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed upon detection, with any associated balances subject to review and potential forfeiture.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. 663bit may request updated information or supporting documents at any time.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, 663bit is required to complete KYC verification. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identity document (e.g. CNIC, passport or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (e.g. a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g. a bank statement or screenshot confirming the account belongs to you)
• A selfie or live verification image as directed by the compliance team

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in a temporary or permanent restriction on withdrawals. 663bit processes all KYC documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. 663bit reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources and to close the associated Account.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, along with supported payment methods, are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment provider names that may be referenced on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are listed as familiar local references for Pakistani users only. Their inclusion does not imply that any such institution endorses, is affiliated with or supports this Platform or its operator.

• Deposits are generally credited to your Account upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• 663bit does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own processing charges.
• All funds on the Platform are denominated and displayed in accordance with the currency settings available in your Account, which may include PKR where supported.
• Deposited funds are held separately from the operator's corporate funds in accordance with the operator's licensing obligations.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once KYC verification has been successfully completed. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to operator policy.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are specified in the cashier section and are subject to periodic review.
• Processing times vary by payment method and are provided as operator estimates only. External factors, including payment provider schedules and public holidays in the relevant jurisdiction, may affect actual timelines.
• 663bit reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving a withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significantly larger than typical account activity.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is not permitted until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• In the event that a withdrawal is returned by a payment provider, 663bit will credit the funds back to your Account and contact you to arrange an alternative withdrawal method.

663bit may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only. Eligibility criteria are stated per promotion.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per household, IP address and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each bonus. Unmet bonuses and associated winnings will expire at the end of the promotional period.
• 663bit reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications will not apply retroactively to bonuses already credited to active accounts.
• Any indication of bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-margin wagering strategies designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements — may result in the voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately. Real-money funds are used before bonus funds unless otherwise specified.

663bit offers sports betting markets across a range of events including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 matches, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC and other live sports. The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity:

• All bets are accepted subject to the specific sport and event rules published in the sports book. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules will prevail.
• Bets accepted prior to the start of an event are deemed pre-match bets. Live or in-play bets are accepted only during the designated in-play window for each event.
• 663bit reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault, data feed failure or human input error. The User will be notified and the stake refunded in such cases.
• Maximum bet limits are applied per market and event. Bets exceeding these limits may be partially accepted or declined at the operator's discretion.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or premature termination, settlement rules specific to the relevant sport will apply. Where no specific rule exists, bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Decimal odds are displayed throughout the Platform. Implied probability equals 1 ÷ decimal odds. Users are advised to understand odds format before placing bets.

663bit's casino section includes slots, live dealer games, table games and instant-win products supplied by third-party game studios. The following conditions apply to all casino and game activity:

• All games are governed by random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing processes conducted by third-party suppliers. 663bit does not control the outcome of any individual game round.
• Published RTP (Return to Player) figures are theoretical averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not represent guaranteed returns for any individual session or player.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or slot session, the Platform will attempt to record the game state. In the event of an irrecoverable error, the round may be voided and stakes returned in accordance with the relevant game supplier's rules.
• Game availability may vary by jurisdiction and is subject to change without prior notice at the operator's or game supplier's discretion.
• Progressive jackpot figures displayed on the Platform are provided in real time by the relevant game supplier and are indicative only.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable registration information
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or data feed delays to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider knowledge betting or any form of corrupt activity in relation to sporting events
• Colluding with other users, associates or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party or allowing a third party to operate your Account
• Threatening, harassing or abusing 663bit staff, support agents or other users

663bit is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. All registered users have access to the following tools directly within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit during a defined period.
• Loss Limits: Caps on the total net losses you may sustain during a defined period.
• Session Timers: Automatic alerts and session cut-offs to manage time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspensions of 24 hours, 7 days or longer, during which access to betting and gaming features is restricted.
• Self-Exclusion: A longer-term or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are not easily reversed.

Gambling on 663bit is intended as entertainment only and must never be regarded as a source of income, a financial investment or a means of recovering losses. 663bit reserves the right to enforce responsible gambling restrictions on any account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a User is exhibiting signs of problem gambling, including placing cooling-off periods or self-exclusions without the User's explicit request.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, data compilations and the overall design — is the property of 663bit or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from 663bit
• Modify, translate, adapt or create derivative works based on Platform content
• Use any 663bit trademarks, brand names or logos without prior written authorisation
• Use data scraping, crawling or harvesting tools to extract content or data from the Platform

Unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute an infringement of copyright and other intellectual property rights, and 663bit reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 663bit and its officers, directors, employees, contractors and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to maintenance, technical failure or circumstances beyond our control
• Errors in odds, game results or data feeds that are the result of third-party supplier failures
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Any loss arising from your reliance on content published on the Platform that is intended as educational or informational only

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 663bit's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• By the User: You may request account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all active bets will be settled in the normal course and any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC completion and the absence of any outstanding compliance holds.
• By 663bit: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of prohibited conduct, suspected fraud, AML concerns, regulatory obligations or breach of these Terms. In cases of confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part.
• Self-Exclusion Closure: Accounts closed through the self-exclusion tool are governed by the responsible gambling policy published on the Responsible Gambling page and the operator's self-exclusion procedures.

Upon account closure, all pending bonus funds and associated wagering requirements are immediately cancelled. Only verified real-money balances will be returned, subject to the conditions above.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction, as specified in the applicable licensing documentation.

These Terms do not create any rights or obligations under the laws of Pakistan. 663bit does not claim to be licensed, approved, regulated or authorised by the Government of Pakistan, PTA, State Bank of Pakistan or any other Pakistani authority. Users accessing this Platform from Pakistan do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local law.

Any dispute between you and 663bit that cannot be resolved through the support escalation process shall be referred to binding arbitration or the courts of the licensing jurisdiction, as specified in the operator's current dispute resolution policy.

663bit reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, where feasible, notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 14.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 663bit recommends bookmarking this page and checking it whenever you receive a notification of changes.
